How much does shipping cost for billiard tables?
We offer flat-rate freight shipping for all full-sized billiard tables. Professional white-glove installation is available at checkout for an additional fee to ensure your table is perfectly leveled.
What is the warranty on Rhino Billiards cues?
All Rhino Billiards cues come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, including warping. Please note that this does not cover replaceable parts like tips or chalk wear.
How do I care for my pool table felt?
To maintain optimal playability, we recommend brushing the felt after every session in one direction and using a specialized table vacuum. Avoid using damp cloths, as moisture can damage the slate underneath.
What is your return policy for accessories?
We accept returns on unused accessories, including chalk, gloves, and bridge heads, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our cues and smaller accessories worldwide. Large items like pool tables and lighting fixtures are restricted to the continental United States and Canada due to freight limitations.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
